Orders placed by online-shop customers are produced by www.adsystem.com.es in accordance with the production calendar. The date of commencement of production shall be the date of conclusion of the agreement pursuant to §3 item 12 of the Regulations. The lead time consists of the time necessary to produce the subject of the order. Ordered goods are shipped only to addresses located in Poland. The Seller should be asked about the possibility of processing foreign orders. In the absence of an agreement to the contrary, the Seller undertakes to perform the subject of the contract, within no more than thirty days after the buyer makes a statement of intent to conclude the contract (paragraph 3.7 of the Rules). The delivery time depends on the method of delivery/collection of goods chosen by the Customer and should not exceed 7 working days. Order completion time for dispatch by the Seller is each time presented on the Product subpage and is counted from the day (start of the delivery period):

a) crediting the Seller's bank account or settlement account - if the Customer chooses wire transfer payment, electronic payment or payment card
b) conclusion of the Sales Agreement - if the Customer chooses cash on delivery payment.

The total waiting time for the Product to be received by the Customer (delivery time) consists of the time needed for the Seller to prepare the Order for dispatch and the time needed for the Product to be delivered by the Orders placed by online -store Customers.
